Open /home/dsl/.fluxbox/init. Scroll down to the line which reads "session.screen0.strftimeFormat: %d %b %y %I:%M %p". Edit the line so that it reads "session.screen0.strftimeFormat: %d %b %y %k:%M". Restart flux and you'll now be in 24h format (which is what I prefer as well).
