hello pro

i've been looking for lonf time for some OS like dsl

but my problem i think it's simple

first i must tell

right this miment i type this words this is my first contact with any of unix OS

and my first one is dsl i hope it work for me

coz for 4 years i've been working on windows and for sure i got tired of it

so as i get from this forum the way to install dsl on my computer i hope it is right

so this is my computer prop....

hd 40
processor 1.7 pt 4
ram 128
mother shuttle

i don't know if i typed that right i'm not familiar with hardware

what i get from here that i need to install dsl is the following

2-- burning to cd i have both cd And dvd so no problem with that

3--i think i'll put the cd in cd ROM then restart my computer with cd as first boot device[/size]

so am i right is that is all ???

and about the ntfs drives can i convert them from dsl and how to do that ??

also how to transform dsl to my c: i mean to my HD
