User Feedback :: im can figure it out

All the insturctions and stuff are confusing. Could some one make a
copy of there hard drive with dsl on it and make it a download if so
post it so i can just download it and past it on my hard drive.

Its easier to make normal hd install. Tell some specs of your computer so we can help you to install it.

my computer has:
sis 661fx mother board
2 gig hard drive
cd-rom
windows 95 (actually i just formated the drive)
2.5 gig intel cpu
256 ram

i've booted my computer with the live cd but it dosent execute or something like that.
It says its looking for cd boot image and it find s it but it just stays there after that.

the dsl-hdinstall is that a file you download
the sudo -u root do you just boot up dos and type that in?

And what excatly should be on the live cd should it have the iso image or the stuff thats extracted from the image?

And why couldent they have just made a dsl.exe file that you download and then put on a cd and excute from dos and it installs on your hard drive.That would be much easyer.
