I have created FOIA VistA 20060113 (downloadable from http://sourceforge.net/projects/worldvista) as the VistA healthcare information system (including a comprehensive electronic health record) which is in the public domain through the US Freedom of Information Act (ftp://ftp.va.gov/vista/software) on GT.M (http://sourceforge.net/projects/sanchez-gtm and http://www.sanchez-gtm.com) on DSL 2.1b.
