User Feedback :: Never Received 'business card size' disk
Just wondering what it takes to actually receive a 'business card size' disk. I think DSL rocks and wanted to show support by buying a 'business card size' disk... The payment has been made 2 months ago but I've received no disk and my emails requesting the status go unanswered.
I really hate to post this for all to see but if it'll get me what I ordered, then so be it.

Yeah... I bought it. Got the receipt and the money's off my CC... The thing is, I didn't even get a reply to my email inquiring about the status. That's why I'm posting here...

I am in a similar situation regarding a USB drive purchase: Order confirmed 2/23, charged to credit card 2/27, my follow-up email ignored 3/10... Normally, I would wait a little longer but you thread seemed convenient. My VISA statement came today and I need to know if the DSL charge should be challenged.
I'm up in Canada, so I suppose it could be tied up at the border. What about you?
These situations sure seem strange. I have ordered from the DSL Store. All items came promptly and well packaged.
