User Feedback :: The Wiki has resurfaced

Hi all,

well, it only took a teeny weeny bit of lobbying, but the Wiki is open again.

Well, sort of.

At this moment, Green and myself have taken it upon us to add content. As we both have steady jobs (yes, you too can have a steady job AND play with DSL) the amount of time we have to edit, add and update is limited.

This is where you (yes, you there, in the last row, you as well) come in: send us PM's with forum entries that you found really helpful, HOWTO's that you stumbled over on the web, or just ideas for future documentation.

I am no hardcore l33t Linux hackz0r and started by publishing a small guide to the strange symbols lurking on the DSL desktop, and trust me, if I can do it, you can as well. Instead of initially focussing on kernel issue, it is more important to create (or update) some wiki entries that help the willing Windoze n00b to make an easy entry into the light.

So, guys and gals, dudes and dudettes, start discussing and email us your great ideas and wonderful writeups, so this wiki can become a big, shiny, happy place.

You can't stop the signal,

I'd not say this the best way to run a wiki. I don't think it's in its spirit.
You can moderate a wiki, but... suggesting topics and then let somebody do the job, I don't like it, sorry!

pr0f3550r,

It would seem there is a better way. However, the evil spammers have ruined it for everyone else.
