User Feedback :: Converting vfat back to fat 32

I would greatly appreciate if someone could tell me how i can convert my usb drive from its current vfat fs to fat32 since i cant detect the usb key in windows after my dsl installation went bad(lot errors, i need to redownload later). Please help me this is extremely frustrating
if there is any detection software out there or anything it would all be helpful
