User Feedback :: .config and knoppix-kernel.patch files

I don't know if User Feedback forum encloses that question. Forgive me if not:

Where can I find .config and knoppix-kernel.patch files as said here to recompile dsl v3.0 kernel ok?

I don't have internet connection on my old laptop, so I can't "apt-get".

Can I use these files from the repository: dsl.config and knoppix-kernel.patch ?

Can you help me, please?
