Have no idea on how to open programs , have the latest DSL current , and the cumputer has pentium 3 and 20 gig and 128 ram

everything esle is great , if I can just figure this , Ill keep dsl . otherwise, I go back on bended knee to Mr gates,,,

PLEASE dont let me grovel to gates ..
