User Feedback :: DSL Fails on HD Install

I have an AMD 2600 1.6 GHZ machine with SATA Harddisk.
DSL is woking fine as LiveCD but if tried to install to HD through

Apps -> Tools -> Install to Harddrive

Its running the install script, asks for which partition, multiuser
and after giving yes to all its displaying

creating file systm...

and suddenly it quits.
What may be the problem?
Can it be installed by any other means.

DSL is for older computers, i.,e, no SATA support.
DSL-N is for new(er) computers. Try DSL-N

Since the Live CD is working fine, is it possible to use or install mydsl applications. if so how?
