User Feedback :: logo pictures

I am in the process of building a DSL Server image by re-mastering the CD.
I want to change the logo image that DSL uses. It is a SSL.16 type of image,
How can I freate one of this from a jpg image?
I found a program called XnView that reads SSL.16 files and it says it can create
a new one but I have not found out how? Any hints?
