damn i would kill my family for some help 
I'm just learning about Linux myself, but if I really wanted to use a Windows program like Photoshop I would try to run it inside Wine. Have you tried this? Wine is available as a MyDSL extension.
EDIT: I see you've already tried this. Oh well, just keep trying. If you mount your hard-drive it should be possible to save your Photoshop work.
yes i know about the wine command tnx anyway man, my big concern now is too backup files with a detailed guide i dontunderstand any of it
Sorry I couldn't be more help. I know how you're feeling: I'm at my wits' end trying to understand what I need to do to install Muse.
Maybe you could try creating a Linux partition on your hard drive, mounting it and then saving your files to that. That ought to work.
