User Feedback :: Norwegian keyboard problems

I have tested several versions of dsl - at the moment I'm using version 3.2. When I boot dsl from cd or usbstick I give the boot argument dsl lang=no to get my norwegian keyboard working but this doesn't work. I found out that if I use lang=da for danish keyboard instead it works 99% - that is the only difference between a danish and a norwegian keyboard is that the keys for o with a slash and the letter ae have switched place. I guess it should be fairly simple for some one with proper insight to make a norwegian keyboard boot argument that works using the danish setup as a template.
Hello

Are you using this version as a frugal install or fully live ?

I think the developpers could work on this discrepancy ...

so far I have only run dsl as live. I was thinking maybe the code for norwegian keyboard in dsl is not "no" but in other distros it is normally "no"
Try the no-standard keytable. I use it on my norwegian keyboard, and it works like charm :-)

-r

no-standard didn't work but no-latin1 did work thank you
