How often does it happen and what else are you doing when it errs?It occurs almost every time.
The problem is that the list of programs available to be installed does not open. It's not just empty. Simply: nothing happens. Except that when ran from terminal it outputs the error message in the picture when clicking UCI button..I checked my copy of the file (3.2), and line 41 refers to the Themes tip "Fluxbox Styles". Line 15 checks the .mydsl_dir to see if a file exists. On my system, this file lists my download directory, where "load local" defaults to.
