That image could easily be cropped to remove all the wasted black space, and then set as background in the same manner as the current baby tux image. It's only 10k now, and cropping may bring it down to nearly nothing.

Milkshaw, I don't know, you could always email the guy who had it on his site.Everything is copyrighted, unless he specificaly says that you can use it freely then you must ask for permission. People confuse what copyright and registered copyright is. Having it registered just ensures protection.
