I love this!!
my wife is a Windows lover but i hate it because of the infections.
How can i make damn to remember my mail accounts.
I use a usb stick.

Add Mail and .sylpheed to your filetool.lst
Then backup. Next time it will automatically be restored and backup'ed too.

How do I backup the filetool.lst file? I tried using the restore command at the boot prompt.
