User Feedback :: betaFTPd help

I'm in the process of building a laptop digital picture frame. I've successfully installed DSL, changed the xinitrc file to load my slideshow at startup.

What I need now is an easy way to FTP pics from my XP machine to DSL. Is betaFTP the best solution? If so, is there a control panel for it? I can't find any documentation on using this daemon.
