Hi! I ordered DSL in Mid Sept and have not received anything yet. Does anyone know how to contact DSL? Thanks in advance.

I was looking to purchase a "Bargain Mini-ITX BareBones" system from DSL but had a few questions. I sent a couple of emails but recieved no reply. I was wondering how I could contact someone about it. My questions are as follows.
Does it include an exteranl power supply?
Are they in stock? The site still lists them as pre-order and I may be moving soon. I don't want to order it yet if I move before the shipment comes in.

I ordered a case, mobo, powere supply, and ide converter on 6 Oct. I received confirmation for order 1667673. I would like to know when my parts will be shipped. I understand if there are delays but I would appreciate an update. Also a contact link on the store page would be helpfull.
