Okay, let me ask a few questions-

What kind of hardware are you booting on?

How do you connect to the net?

What does the error message tell you?

how do u figure out your computer specs in linux? I only know how to in windows

It connects automatics for me. if u mean what type of hardware i got a linksys wireless router(computer is pluged into it) and i got road runner

The message says

Download or check sum error

HHmmm...
Seems to indicate your downloads are getting corrupted, with all the trouble you had getting the iso burned too. Have you had these problems in the past? ???

I'm using the current RC and having the same problem.

I'm running it from a USB pendrive inside of Windows and when I use the download feature the files are downloaded and stored in /tmp but afterwards it gives me a Checksum Error message.

I'll try restarting it and edit this post accordingly.

*EDIT*

Nada, same error.
Any ideas?
