X and Fluxbox :: Where are the X config files?

Where does DSL keep the X config files? There isn't any in /etc/X11/ like the XF86Config normally there. I need to handedit the X config to put in the horizontal and vertical scan rates, bandwidth, etc. for my ancient Compaq mono LCD screen.
