X and Fluxbox :: how to adjust frequency for monitor

Every time I boot DSL from CD, I am asked to choose a frequency for monitor. I just input 85 (I want to work at 85HZ v-frequency). I alway get 60 HZ frequency that makes my eyes tired.

What is the good way to adjust it and how?
