X and Fluxbox :: Mosue Not Working

does it happen to be a usb mouse with a ps2 convert plug?
I have one of those and they don't work if I boot with "nousb"

Long shot, but could a irq conflict be possible?

its possible!....I heared that one time before...they said to disable plug n play and then it should work....but...my bios does not have plug n play.

Well, what does your bios have?
if the irq's are listed there, check that the mouse does not have same as some else device. Even if it doesn't share one with any device, could try changing it's irq to another free number and see if that helps
