X and Fluxbox :: transparent xterm/rxvt and copy&paste?

is it possible to enable these two options in rxvt/xterm?
more over, if its' not, can i fetch some other tiny terminal off the net that has these capabilities?

Transparent: aterm has this built in
copy/paste: select with left mouse to copy, paste with middle mouse.
If you don't have a middle mouse, you can do the 2-button press to emulate 3rd button using XFree86. Otherwise try gpm.
