X and Fluxbox :: task bar

I have been able to translate the fluxbox menu to spanish by editing the menu file under fluxbox.
Now I'd like to do the same with the task bar , where do I find the file that houses the messages tha control the task bar

.fluxbox/init contains the workspace names and clock format, but the menu you get when you right-click on the toolbar is apparently built into the program. I think you'd need to add language support to fluxbox in order to change it, which may require a recompile.
