X and Fluxbox :: problem with my keyboard fr-latin9

I have a problem with my keyboard fr-latin9!!!

Why when i write in a shell in fluxbox loadkeys fr-latin9 i have after Loading /usr/share/keymaps/i386/azerty/fr.kmap.gz it is not logical and obviously my keyboard it's configure in fr not in fr-latin9...
But when the manager is not open yet it's correct my keyboard it's configured in fr-latin9
Mayday where is the bug??? Where can i change this error???
