X and Fluxbox :: Icon "my Documents"

How can I do (on desktop) a direct acces to a folder

I can put an icon (png) but i cant make a correct INK file!

It's "lnk", with an 'L'
I'm guessing the command would need to be a filemanager with the directory as a parameter:

mc /home/dsl/somedirectory
