Does anybody know what the default password is for the user damnsmall?
I need to know so I can change it.

I believe that the passwords are scrambled. To change the damnsmall password, type 'sudo passwd damnsmall' and it will prompt you for a new password. You can also set the root password with 'sudo passwd root' or merely 'sudo passwd'. You have to do this if you want to ssh into your machine remotely.
