My Problem: When I start my Computer, it just checks cd-rom and does NOT find anything bootable. So it steps by and starts first GRUB, then Windows.
What is Fact: - I just downloaded and burned the .iso (burned with nero) - Iso seems to be ok, MD5 is ok. - Medium-Brand is ok, i juse this brand already some months and never had problems. - Autorun functions (Windows) - I can browse the CD (so i think, the ISO is burned correctly ;-)) - I tried already twice, once with 0.6.2 once with 0.6 - I tried also with Jollix. No Problems booting it. So I think, it is possible to boot from cd-rom ;-)
What do I ask for:
Heeeelp please Did you change your system's BIOS to boot from cdrom before hard drive?roberts, read the last bulletpoint

Yes, I did You may have burned the CD but not as an ISO image? Or, perhaps you have a corrupted burn (it may still be possible to see the CD file structure). If you have a Linux box John posted a script somewhere which can run an MD5 check on a CD.
Try doing a search for 'nero', there may be a couple of tips from other usersNext Page...
