How can I open these in DSL? :| I tried dpkg, but command not found...
Look for menu item "Enable Apt" or grab dsl-dpkg.dsl
Menu item... Where?

And I downloaded that package, but don't know what to do from there....

If you need help with understanding how Debian packages work, go to Google and search for: linux man apt-get.

Friendly reminder: DSL isn't fully compatible with Debian Woody (which even Debian no longer supports), and getting too ambitions with newer Debian repositories may cause some serious issues.

Doing that got me, "Please mount the media containing optional dir and try again"

The file I downloaded was dsl-dpkg.unc, but doing "mydsl-load dsl-dpkg.unc" did nothing...

Edit: Wait, found the .dsl package. Ill update in a few...
