has anybody else gone into the firefox config file---------------
just type about:config in browser title bar there are some funky options such as turbo mode and speed ip rendering. see the mozzy help files for further info . very usefull on old hardware as firefox tends to run slower on anything under 450hz proc 128 ram but with these options is as fast as dillo

Good isn't it  Haven't dared change anything as it works so well.
Now my default browser on XP at work.

if your running xp then you have plenty of ram anyway but worth doing on older systems   also enabling the netscape dwnload manager hepls with plug-ins
