Other Help Topics :: How to start xserver on486DX2 and 486DX4 machines

How can I run X on my old 486DX machines.
One is a laptop IBM Thinkpad 360P with western digital graphic chip the other one is a mini tower 486DX4 with Tseng lab graphic chip.
I run dsl in textmode right now.
I have heard that other people have problems with the western digital chip also and they said it could be possible to run dsl with the slackware xserver, but I have never read in your forum how to do it.
Is any help outthere.
