Can be CUPS-DSl to be negotiated?

I have a printer hp desjet 3745 that it does not work with aspfilter and have not managed to compile hpijs in dsl, I did not do an attempt with cups freewhare and either, with cups commercial and the license of 21 days works well. But his cost 47 $ is excessive, the printer costs 30$.

Can be CUPS-DSl negotiates to a cost for printer 2-3 $ and donate 50 % to CUPS and DSL?
