Printers :: apsfilter listserv dead ?

I tried to subscribe to the apsfilter-help list, etc. and always got errors like this:

Presumably that project is dead ?

Does anyone know how to add a printer definition from linuxprinting.org (i.e. a PPD file) that isn't in the apsfilter in dsl-1.0 and add so I can use it to set up a printer (I need lxm3200-tweaked) ?
