Printers :: Where is hpijs? for DeskJet 950c

I have an hp printer connected to the lan with a static ip.
When I try to install it using apsfilter, it appears to be working, until the very end, when I try to print a test page, and it says hpijs not found. Where is hpijs? (it's not in MyDSL)
