Printers :: epson stylus photo 820

trying to install. i go thru the config and all's well including printing a test page, i restart the server? but when i try to print from firefox or the word processor nothing happens.
what am i missing here? help appreciated,please be specific. thanks!!
dsl 1.5 is awesome, just installed a few hours ago.

Did you choose 'I' during the setup to install your printer and give it a name?

i assum is a lower case L but where do you use, which command?

That is an upper case " i " that is on the setup screen. You have to install and name your printer for the settings to stick before quiting.
