Apps :: weird firefox keyboard problem.

keymap is be2-latin1

it works in sylpheed and beaver etc. but not in firefox
I tried setting lang and character encoding but don't work

anyone can help me with this?

i am having excatly the same problem, can't seem to get my head around it...

lang=se-latin1 set at boot-prompt and in xsetup.sh

look at this post or enter this line in an xterminal:

xmodmap -e "clear Mod4" -e "add Mod5 = Mode_switch"

but what about if I use xfree86 ?

maybe this should be included in the xsetup.sh-file?
