Apps :: Firefox close/minimize buttons

When I start Firefox, the close and minimize buttons are not visible on the screen. It seems like the top part of the window falls off the screen.
My DSL install is a hd-install and my resolution is 800x600.
I have not much experience with Fluxbox, so how do I resize the window?

Hold Alt and drag the window with the right mouse button
