Apps :: Nmap 4.03

Hi guys...i need help ....i´ve downloaded nmap-4.03.uci... and i cant make it work...i don´t know if this app needs a specific file or something in orden to run ..if someone can help me plz...i´ll be happy.

am not at a machine I can try this but try enabiling apt-get and at a comand prompt type "apt-get install nmap" (Inside quoates) if it works it will download all the files needed to run it.

Then do the same for etherape and ethereal... you then have a nework scanning machine. :blues:

1) Download nmap-4.03.uci
2) At a command prompt, run "mydsl-load nmap-4.03.uci" (Or something similar with emelfm
3) At a command prompt, run "/opt/nmap-4.03/bin/nmap"

Remember, uci's always load in /opt/uci-name
