Apps :: Burning Apps

Sorry i am a noob in Linux,
i have downloaded two versions of Linux from the Net and i want to burn it on
DVD / CD but i dont know the App i must use in DSL.
I have not found a Howto here. Can someone be so good to
write a quick Howto?

I have a Version of Suse Linux in ISO that is a DVD
and a Version of Edubuntu in ISO that is a CD.
I want to Burn both.
