Apps :: Need help installing synaptic

Hello, Im having problems installing Synaptic can someone please tell me how to do this.

Im trying to get synaptics to work/install.
I've installed the dsl-dpkg.unc and the gnu-utils.unc and then synaptic.unc but it still seems as if synaptic isn't installed.

if i try apt-get install synaptic
I get the message;
Code Sample
The following packages have unmet dependencies: synaptic: Depends: libapt-pkg-libc6.2-3-2-3.2
E: Broken packages

if i try apt-get install libapt-pkg-libc6.2-3-2-3.2 it returns:
Code Sample
apt is already the latest version

If you have already installed dsl-dpkg and synaptic, you don't need to try to install synpatic again - just run it.
as I said in my first post:

(it wont run)

Sorry, must've missed that.

What did you try to run it, and were there any errors?

Ive tried to start it by typing
Code Sample
synaptic
i aterm.
I've also tried to find the program it self (i might be looking in the wrong places) but it don't seem to be in bin or anywhere else I've looked for that matter.

If it helps, I'm running DSL 3.3 HDD Install
