Apps :: Keybindings

Hey...just a silly little question. I already know, that I can bin keys in /home/dsl/.fluxbox/keys and I tryed it out with for example:
Mod1 Control Right :NextWorkspace
Mod1 Control Left :PrevWorkspace
I quite like that and now I'm wondering how to bind programms on keys. Something like Aterm or FireFor and Gaim or xMMs and stuff like that. I tryes some things but it didn't work.
