Apps :: VNC connection shows only grey screen?

Hi all,

I'm having issues with my VNC server only displaying a grey X-windows display at a remote connection. The only clue I have is that when I issue the vncserver command I get the error:

Xauth: error in locking authoriy file /home/dsl/.Xauthority

Anybody have an idea how I can get more than a grey screen?

OK, I figured it out.... Solution had to do with permissions on the .Xauthority file.
