Apps :: .exe apps?
i was wondering if Linux is able to run standard windows programs, like .exe and so on.
(i'm trying to learn about it before i install)
Thank You
Not natively. It requires and emulator of some kind to fool the program into thinking it's on Windows. Wine is probably the most commonly used method.
OK, Thank You.
Where can I download "Wine"?

I couldn't tell you what it takes to get it working in DSL...all I know is that it has been done at least partially.
