Hello my problem is that>my flash installer asks where the mozilla firefox is but i dont know the directory.Any1 help?

You don't need to run the installer. Just extract libflashplayer.so into /opt/.firefox_plugins

Is libflashplayer.so a download? (Sorry for my ignorance, just curious)

No. Its one of the files in the archive.

Just do:

tar xvzf install_flash_player_7_linux.tar.gz

Then go inside the directory it creates. Then copy the libflashplayer.so to /opt/.firefox_plugins

or

~/.mozilla/plugins
