just a rant

just spent hours and hours yesterday (till about 3 am) learning... installing - unpacking deb files... doing the apt-get thing.... fighting with ndiswrapper (never got it to work).... broke my xserver?.... installed new winman (fluxbox - which I thinkx rox!).. on Ubuntu.... and installed more 'stuff' cause there were 'dependancies'...

Linux - is fun -and frustrating.... and stable!

I should get a life ...

It can be frustrating, but like you said it is fun. Hard to explain, it is just very fulfilling when you learn something new.
