myDSL Extensions (deprecated) :: Scanners

Need to know if I can get my HP ScanJet 6200c running in DSL - Works useing Xsane - Is ther an application to use in DSL after HD Install?

I have tried several times to get sane to install, with no success.

Scanning and faxing are two of the few remaining holes in DSL's functionality domination, but I don't think that there are lightweight solutions, unfortunately.
