myDSL Extensions (deprecated) :: How do I get Firefox and Thinderbird talking?

I downloaded and setup the latest firefox and thunderbird extentions and they both work fine by themselves.

How do I get firefox to load thunderbird when I click on a mailto link?

How do I get thunderbird to launch firefox when I click on a http (or other) link?
