USB booting :: dsl 2.x usb-hdd install and "dsl 2"

booting "dsl 2" for runlevel 2 will not work - the cd version works.

i found some minor discrepancies between the boot options shown in the splash screens and the syslinux.cfg file:

"dsl-txt" is in the syslinux.cfg file, but not mentioned.
"memtest" is in the syslinux.cfg file, but the memtest image is missing and it is not mentioned too.
