USB booting :: Install on only one partition

The tool in DSL creates only 2 partitions. The problem is, that my usb-stick can only play mp3s from the first partition. So I want only one on the stick.
One solution was to create a floppy/HDD install. But i can't create any, because I have no floppy-drive or free space on my hard disk.
Are there any solutions for my problem?
