USB booting :: Dual booting?

What I would like to do is this:  dual boot my USB stick with DSL and Windows.  Yes, I do realize that Windows is evil, disgusting, vile and despicable, never the less, as a tool, as a makeshift for now, and just as a damn geeky thing to have, I'd like to get both on my USB stick.
I know how to put Windows on a USB stick.  I have DSL on my USB stick.  I've been able to format/partition my USB stick in DSL.  My problem comes up with the fact that Windows refuses to recognize more than one partition, and only sees the first one.  Thus, I would need DSL installed on the second partition, which isn't working.   The method I'm using to try to install it is to boot into DSL from CD and using the Apps>Tools>Install to USB Pendrive.   I give sda2 as the argument for where to put the install, and it then proceeds to try to partition/mount/screw with sda21 and has issues with that.
Is there a way to install DSL to a second partition?  Does anyone else know anything more about dual booting from USB (as in, can it necessarily work, or is there something I'm missing)?  Thanks!

There may be answers if you google for

DSL Bart's PE

or

DSL Bartpe

and see if there is help.

Many thanks both of you.  My Google-fu was not so strong, and I didn't even think if adding BartPE to a search.  That link to these boards is pretty much exactly what I need.  Again, a multitue of thanks to both.
